I bought my yobike model electron er in the last week of October the company claimed that it gives an average of 90 km per charge but only after 1 month I made complaint that it gives only 30-35 km avg the dealer as well as service engineer checked and agreed to the fact that it gives an avg. Of 32 but they also admit that they are not able to fix the problem so at last I decided to file a complain.”
I want my bike to be replaced with the one which at least matches with the company’s spec or the company should refund my money with interest
