I ARUN FRANCIS,is giving this complaint against YOGESH GAS SERVICE,SHOP 5/19, PODDAR ROAD MALAD (E) MUMBAI SUBURBAN 400097.During the last month on 27th december 2013,a LPG cylinder was booked with no reference number and delivered on 2nd january which we had no information of the same.We came to know after logging in the website “http://www.ebharatgas.com”.It cannot be done unless we order for a cylinder and also the website usually generates a reference number,which in this case was not generated.I guess some unfair practice is being used the above mentioned service.
I would want to rusticate the people behind this unfair practise against the consumers.Also due to the rising prices of LPG I also want a compensation for the same.
