I have a 12mbps broadband connection with You Broadband which has been working intermittently since the first week of August and from 22nd it went completely dead. I have made several complaints but the issue has not been resolved. They have no option to escalate the issue and are also refusing to refund the amount paid for the connection. Full refund of the amount paid for renewal which is Rs. 7319.
