I am an existing customer of YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd. since 15/5/2014 at Vadodara & meanwhile I have change my residence(within city in nearby area) so I have asked to transfer the connection to new residence. Also I have renewed my plan with Rs.4000/- on condition of waiver of transfer charges on 17-1-2015. It was agreed between me and YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd. to waive transfer charges and provide connection within 10 working days. Today (27/02/2015) when I am writing this complaint, still I didn’t have been given new connection at my new residence. We notified them (YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd.) in written on 21/02/2015 that there is delay of more than one month in providing connection transfer at new residence. If they fail to provide the same in next 3 working days, we will lodge a case against them (YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd.) for delay/interrupted services in consumer forum. On that day, they convinced us that they take prompt action in concern to the application and satisfy us within the deadline. But still no action has been taken by them except cabling the wire by nearest area. Though, we reminded them (CRM Mr. Manan Shah) on 24/02/2015 that still no action has been taken to fulfill their promise.

We were about to start new freelancing business online by means of availing broadband services from YOU broadband India Private Limited as we had seen new opportunities of work as a freelancer. But just because of delay in the connection, we lost the opportunities to strengthen myself monetarily and professionally. We rush to their office 5 times which is located far away from my residence. We felt harassed and down while approaching to the main office and customer relationship executives.

Now I want relief of Rs.10,000/- + renewal plan charges + refundable modem charge against mental/physical/monetary loss occurred while dealing with YOU broadband India Private Limited.
