I had taken an broadband internet connection from You Telecom Baroda. As i was not satisfied by its services i had disconnected the services of Co. At the time of connection, they had collected 1000Rs as security deposit. They had told me i will be refunded my security deposit within 45 days of my termination of connection & returning of their modem. Co. took away their modem within weeks of my termination of connection. Its been more than 5 months since connection is terminated but still i have not received my security deposit. My last complain done to You Telecom was in Dec 2014. My complain No. is 2014101517797

I want my security deposit & penalty for paying late money than contracted period of 45 days.
