3 months back on 5/10/2014 i had applied for new internet connection at you broadband. and same time made payment of rs. 3700 too. but due to some technical reason their concern person said (on 12/10/2014) that connection is not possible after that i applied for refund at their office on 21/10/2014. and as per their company policy one should get refund back within 45 days of request. but it has been 75 days now i haven”t got my refund back regarding this i personally registered complain at you broadband pune office on 11/12/2014. that time they( Mr. Sharad sir and Prajakta mam) said before 20/12/2014 you will get your money back. but still i haven”t got the money

i want refund as early as possible
