1) Delay in providing new connection. No response for new connection. Called several times. Every time they need details on phone. No installation started. No proper response from their executives. Every times i had to provide details. So many lengthy call. Poor response from executive. Poor system. Every times details required for to take new connection installation. 2) Due to above poor response & delay for providing connection, i had to raise request for Disconnection. Disconnection request raise mid of November 2014 but no feedback for refund of money till date. Waiting for reply till
