It has been a week since I renewed my internet connection with You Broadband even last times bad experience based on the sales persons promise to give better services this time. The package was of 12mbps speed which gave 6mbps to 8 mbps on the first day however since that day its been just 0.5mbps and constantly fluctuating after a gap of 15 days I went to their office to request for rectify the same the response was worse then imagined. I was told that an service executive will reach you at 12:30 then it was switched to 16:30 then no body turned up till 17:30 again I went and complained then Mr. Ranjan Parmar the Manager showed no sense of urgency and behaved like he don’t care moreover added that the executive will be coming tomorrow. After I left unsatisfied suddenly I got a call at 18:30 that I am You Broadband executive at your door to fix the connection to which I said I was not told you will coming so please let us know when tomorrow you can manage to come he said 11:30 a.m. and there is no sign of him.

I have paid 4800 INR for the package and not received a bit of speed more than 1mbps that to always fluctuating.
