I have not got the refund amount even after the committed period of 45 days after disconnection. The modem was submitted on 15th December 2014.
The refund amount is Rs.800 and i have made call worth more than Rs.400 and its moreover the amount of time i have spent talking to make the customer care guys explain the issue again and again. The tell me that i will receive a call back but that never happens. And they even have closed the complaint before providing the solution
I want them to pay a penalty of Rs.2000 for the delay my hard earned money and time wasted in getting the issue resolved.
