Proximity sensor and keypad n dial pad not working I called the Micromax customer care(total calls to them to be more than 8).they use to say try this n that for fixing the device.. None of them works..again i have to make call to them…..they says have u tried this one….OK try that one this time…same no result.again I have to call them..then they use to say that we r forwarding this issue of Ur’s to our technical dept. They will call u in next 24-48 hrs..no call..after waiting for 2 days..I have to call again…same technical dept.again no call..I made a call again..they said OK we r putting ur issue on urgent..u’ll get a call with 4 hrs.no call.again I called them . Executive said that u will get call from our’s by today..for sure…again no call.today I called them again. They said for 4 hrs..hrs gone..nothing..at all..Total call time more than 300 mins@1rupee/min.. In last 3 weeks.. Company promised for door to door services..(yuplaygod.com)..site says the same for door to door service..no service center..no help from customer care…of company.

Replace my device.or refund the money…as 3momth not been yet completed
