sir i order the Zapatoz Ankle Length Boots from tradus website on 03.10.2013 whose order number is 11043138 of size of length 8.but i recieved from tradus.com was black loafer of 10 size on 07.10.2013.i was surprised to see that. what i was decieved.so i am sending this order back to the seller adress and send me the my order.

sir the price of shoes were of rs 500.i want my refund as well as postage charges of rs 120.so total charges are of 620. i have already sent too many mails to tradus company. here i am attaching the proof what shoes i recievd
