Dear Sir, It is very sad to inform you that the purpose for digitization of cable network is defeated. When we were told to convert to digital cable network system, we were shown some liberty to opt TV Channels as per our interest. We can pay only for our opted TV-Channels. I am putting up in 180-B, Pocket-F, Mayur Vihar Phase-II, Delhi-110091. We got set-top-box from IN-CABLE NETWORK. Now they are selling only package of channels which seems to be beyond our regular expenditure which we were paying earlier. Now when I asked the In-Cable to give me the rate card of different channels then they strictly refused it. I had a word with local service provider, Zebra Cable and with In-Cable Network both but they are not listening and insisting for taking their package deal. I think now it is big monopoly of cable operator to charge whatever amount they want to by selling package of channels. Also when I asked to raise the invoice for the package if we opt (because there is no other option, we have already paid for SET-TOP-BOX), then the local service provider (Zebra Cable Nework owned by In-Cable) refused to issue the invoice, whereas they are charging TAX on package deal. Kindly do the needful and take strict action against these cable operators, so that they should not exploit the customer. Thanks and hope to hear you soon

All digital cable service provider should disclose the per Channel cost so that people can opt their own plan rather than go with their defined channel plans. Also they should not charge illegal tax.
