Zero b RO system – Failure to provide After sale service which is mandatory

The RO system was purchased in the month of June from CSD canteen located at Hyderabad. Engineer from zero b visited and installed the same. The free maintenance service during warranty was due in the month of October. The same was not attended to on their own. On 14th November 2013, i lodged a complaint with a request to attend servicing of the RO system vide No.578664. even called them for more than four occassions. an online complaint from zero b web site was also lodged, but in vain.

i want the zero b to attend to the servicing immediately. Suitable penalty may be imposed for not keeping up the commitments and promises made at the time of selling the product and causing lot of inconvenience. Alternately, zero b may be asked to take their product back and refund me the total cost of the equipment paid along with penal interest and other incidental charges that would be payable to install another system of different brand in the house.
