DELIVERED ONLY 1 SUIT WHEREAS I PAID THEM FOR 2 SUITS THROUGH ZOHRAA.COM I ordered two Ladies suits through zohraa.com via order no# 12014000004126 on 1st September 2014 from my wifes id neetuvarunkohli@gmail.com but they have delivered only 1 product on 8th September2014, whereas they have sent invoices for both the suits. On inquiring the same through e-mail and customer care i am not getting proper revert on the same. Mail they don’t answer properly and Customer care is passing time by saying case is with seniors and we will get back to you. Details of the Product ordered: 1. Black Faux Georgette Anarkali Suit- Rs. 4,999.00- – Delivered 2. Aarti Chabria Suit-Orange and Red Faux Georgette Salwar Kameez-Rs 3199 -Not Delivered Further i have tried to escalate grievance model of firm but useless they are only lingering on the discussion. Request you to please intervene in this and help me out as neither they are delivering product nor they are refunding my amount.

In Relief i made over 100 of calls to the customer care. Its more related to mental tension as they are not reverting properly. Neither they delivered product nor they are refunding my amount. Please help me
