i had placed order on zovi.com bearing no.Z6QSQW with online payment of 500. delivery was promised on 7th march 2014. product was to be delivered at makarpura,vadodara, but inspite of repeated requests and reminders product is not delivered and everytime the customer care executive says give us 24 hrs give us 48hrs and the harasment i am facing is intolerable and call charges are also being borne by me daily @1.5p. kindly resolve

refund of all amount, penalty amount and call charges amount of daily 3-4 calls @ 1.5p
