I have made payment of Rs. 999/- through my credit card in response to mail received for purchasing aakash tablet. Immediately after making payment, I have received call from 100bestbuy that I have to make another payment of Rs. 9999/- for getting my product alongwith other products. When I refused to make the payment they said your payment of Rs. 999/- will be forefeited if I don’t make the payment of Rs. 9999/- because my transaction will not be complted while there was no pre condition when I made the payment of Rs. 999/- for getting aakash tablet. May I reuqest you to look into the matter and arrange my payment back of Rs. 999/- made to them at the earliest as they are not ready to send the product to me. This is a clear case of cheating/fraud. An early action in the matter is solicited. With regards, Dileep Rastogi (Advocate)
