I have purchased Samsung UA46F7500BRLXL on 25th October 2013.& it has installed on 26th October 2013. Issue: My LED TV Gets start itself automatically in off – standby mode. at any moment of time. I have registered a multiple complaint from 6th November 2013, Req. No. 2115704124 on 17.01.2014, Req. No. 2116013176 on 06.02.2014, Req. No. 2116596280 on 11.03.2014, Req. No. 2117225798 on 15.04.2014, Req. No. 2117401369 on 24.04.2014 for automatic start of tv in OFF mode. the worse service of market leader i have experienced in my life. every time samsung service engineer came to home & check tv by open it entirely & en quire about the issue & told me now observe whether the problem is occurred or not?. Once they visited our place they closed the service request by reporting “issue is solved”. but i have experienced same problem even today also. no one is responsible person in samsung to reply my answer. i get so much frustrated. because few incidence has happened due to this problem. No one was present in our flat. & tv gets start itself in off mode. all my neighbours got worried who else has come in our place. & they called us immediately. We also get worried. After so many complaints samsung people refused me to refund my money back. now i will fight for this. we spent @ Rs. 1.2 Lakh for TV & they are not able to provide service as self claimed market leader.
now i don’t want any repair service from samsung I want my 100% refund for LED TV & Take their tv back from my home.
