On 6th Apr 2014, I have placed order order for 5nos Kuotons Shirt @1089 Order reference 29811145 on 100bestbuy.com. The product was available on the website when i bought it. Delivery policy is “Product purchased from 100bestbuy will be delivered in 10-12 working days.” Today is 20th Day from ordering the product and the product has not yet got dispatched from the 100bestbuy stores.

I want my ordered product to be delivered immediately withinn 4-5 days. The ordered product should be of best quality and no compromise on quality is acceptable to me. I also want 50% discount as penalty on the product price as i have spent a lot of money and time in calling customer care and emailing the complaint and for the arrogant attitude of customer care executive and for frequent false commitment of customer care executive and for no reply from them to my email.
