Against their advertisement, bookeda Bungalow Type ‘Sandhyarag’ on 30.09.2011 and subsequently entered into agreement for Sale. They have failed to provide approved sanction plan despite several requests made by us through personal meetings, telephonic calls and E-mails dated 21/10/2013, 20/11/2013 & 25/12/2013 & to provide requisite documents for approval of loan despite several requests made by us through personal meetings, telephonic calls and E-mails dated 07/12/2013 & 31/01/2014 serve Notice for cancellation, invoking clause 2 & 12 of the Agreement for Sale was served on 24/02/2014 for refunding the dues of Rs. 5,48,516.00 (Rs. Five laks forty eight thousand five hundred sixteen only) together with interest for delay in refund @10% since 24.02.2014. Builder is not responding despite continuous follow up since then
Immediate refund of my dues together with interest thereon and appropriate compensation for mental harassment
