My under warranty smart phone A 369 i _Black was having problem hence i send it for repairing to Lenovo Authorized service center on 6/09/14. They assured to give the phone back in a weeks time,till date i have not received my phone..Whenver i call them they say it will take one more week. I have sent mails to Lenovo Service head ( Mr Sudipto ) but nothing happened. Besides they did not give me a spare phone to use till the time my phone gets repaired.

I want my phone repaired as soon as tomorrow evening. I m requesting you to take an action toward lenovo brand as the mobiles phones as well as well as the services are extremely hopeless. Not only me a lot of Lenovo customers present at Fourtech Service Center were facing this kind of harassment. A strict action should be taken to teach these people a lesson, They have taken customers for granted.
