I am user of cellular phone (karbonn titanium s5 plus )…i purchased this mobile on 6/5/14 within a month it started giving problem (charging issue)…so i deposit my mobile in one of their service center which is in borivali, Mumbai on 30th of July.now its more than 54 days i am not receiving any positive feedback from their service center…the number they have provide to call back …they alway keep it switch off …i have mail to their company also … (RE: complaint 911309354038450) they arealso not giving exact update asbout my mobile ….

i want my mobile …or cash back …its been 55 days now
