I have activated 3G internet service in my smart phone. But the network in my residential area is very poor, even a single website page couldn’t open in the residential area. I have tried to contact customer care numbers (121, 198, 1860266xxx) many times, but they couldn’t contact the customer care executive. I am very fed up with the customer care services and internet services of TATA DOCOMO.
I want improved network of 3G Internet Service of TATA DOCOMO service provider at my residential area.
