Dear Sir, My wife was admitted in Fortis Hospital,Noida on 8th Oct 2014 and she delivered a healthy baby girl through Normal Delivery at 8.38pm same day. Against their tarrif of 25,500 + some expenditure on acutal basis,Fortis Hospital has recovered an amount of Rs 59,249 for mother for Normal Delivery. For baby care, against the estimated cost of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 , hospital has recovered Rs 38,575. We have already sent letters to Medical Superintendent, Fortis Hospital Noida (copy attached herewith) through registered AD and speedpost,giving our objections against the inflated charges,recovered by the hospital.However ,no reply has been received from Fortis Hospital as yet. Copy of bills in respect of Jasmine( mother) and baby are enclosed herewith for your reference.

Refund of excess charges of Rs17,388 in case of my wife Jasmine and Rs 21,490 in case of Baby,totalling to Rs 38,878 should be made. In addition to the above mentioned amount , a compensation of Rs 50,000 towards mental agony caused to me, should also be paid.
