i Just want to express my level of frustration which i have been faced and request all to not go for the Connection . i don’t know about their Connection , but their Customer support is pathetic and reluctant to give information. EVENT Timelines DOCUMENTS PROVIDED : 11TH JUNE 2014 COMMITTED DATE : 18TH JUNE 2014 series of Complaint raised and i have called around 40-50 times and each with hold time and conversation time of 10 Minutes , totally 500 minutes. After which they started saying they have a LCA issue for providing me connection and they gave reason that they are legally fighting for the same i asked them that i don’t need your connection and requested for the Refund on 25th JUNE 2014. today which is 20th JULY , i have not received the Refund yet . My last call was on 13th JULY 2014 . i would recommend all the Folks please do for the Connection we have to teach them a lesson who does not know the Value of Customer.. My registered Number is : 9945001xxx
economic damage : trusting them i could not go for other vendor secondly my refund has been struck
