ACT Broadband – low speed issue poor response

I have obtained a plan for 1 yr in which I was promised a speed of 10 mbps. From time to time I get low speed issue which is resolved by them but again after some days its the same. 3 days back I was not able to surf the internet because of extremely low speed and this situation still exists at this point when I am filling out the form. Apart from that I have hardly received a speed above 5 mbps from past 2 months of service. Every time they tell me “ho jayega ho jayega” but in the end “nai ho pata he”. I am attaching a snapshot in which you can see that my downloading speed is 0kbps.

1) I want them(Nodal Officer) to personally come at my place and say sorry for not treating their customer’s complain in a legitimate way 2) I want them to give me additional GBs as a reimbursement of what inconvenience I have faced(30 Gbs minimum). 3) Assure me that my complain will be taken with seriousness in future. If not they will have to refund me the remaining money for which I haven’t used the service.
