ACT Broadband – services not working properly for a month

I have been paying for my internet services but have not received proper internet services for the last one month. My user ID is 10582176 I have been raising complaints for intermittent internet connectivity since end of March and have raised 7-8 tickets with them, with numerous complaints. The Last complaint i raised was on May 5th, and since then my Internet has not been working. I followed up on 8th 9th and 10th. In all three instances, it was said that the issue will be resolved on the same day. it was not, and I never heard back from any of them.

I want a fee waiver for the period of intermittent internet connectivity. That means a fee waiver from April 1st till whenever they are able to resolve my internet connectivity issues completely
