Active Recruitment Agency – not received any service refund amount

I had contacted Active Recruitment Agency on 21/4/12 for finding me a household maid for my home in Jaipur. I came to know about the agency from an advertisement website (quickr.com). Ms Arti from the agency informed me that she can provide maid for 12 hrs for minimum sum of Rs.4000/- per month within 3-4 days. She informed that to deposit the service charge Rs.5500/- in their Indusland Bank A/c 200999458602. I deposited Rs.5500/- in the bank account by NEFT vide transaction ID BRN-NEFT-UTIBH14111086348 in favour of ACTIVE RECRUITMENT AGENCY but the amount was not credited and i again contacted Ms Arti that evening she informed me to deposit Cash in the Bank A/c. I sent my person next day to the Indusland bank to deposit the amount. The Indusland Bank Official informed me over telephone that the Bank A/C is not operative for some documentation purpose. Then Ms Arti provided me with two other Bank A/C no of HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. I asked my person to deposit the amount in the HDFC Bank A/c 00132000020929, the receipt for which is enclosed in favour of EXCEL RECRUITMENT PVT LTD. Ms Arti telephonically confirmed the payment receipt, however thereafter she is not responding to my queries and not even assuring to provide the maid. I have already informed her that since she is delaying which is not acceptable i want the money deposited as she has not provided me the service.

Please help me get the amount of Rs.5500/- be refunded back to me immediately. Please also verify the authenticity of the Agency and if they exist in reality. They should be booked for cheating and forgery.
