Airtel – amount deducted but recharged not done

Dear Sir, I made online transaction for mobile recharge for Rs.97 twice with airtel for Mobile no 9940224xxx. Since it did not succeed, i tried again. But both times my account got debited but we have not recieved any message or confirmation. And so we did the transaction through an outlet. I have been asking airtel for the refund of the amount for past 1 month but they keep saying they donot see the amount reflected to their account. Also when i checked with HDFC bank they say the customer account (airtel) got credited with the said amount. Inspite of providing reference to Airtel and HDFC both were not able to resolve and advice where the issue is. Intead they keep telling the transaction has not got effect and repeated emails have been going on. Below were the transaction references 10493824385680-CitrusAirtel Reference No – 408163833 Rs. 97/- 08-Apr-14 10081124425589-CitrusAirtel Reference No – 408112015 Rs. 97/- 08-Apr-14 .

I hereby request you to intervene and help in getting my amount plus rs. 5000 as compensation caused due to time waste and mental tensions.
