I have one prepaid no(9685115507) on which i want to enable MMS services. Today i had called customer care three time between 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM(Dt. 03/3/2013) they picked up the call and disconnected without listening the problem. The Representative who have picked up the call was not interested to listen the problem, This is worst response of customer care if customer is seeking for help customer care is just disconnected the call without listening the problem or half listening the problem Since Last month i am calling customer care for help but not getting proper response. If customer care representative can not help customer than no use of keeping airtel customer care. I am writing this complaint but not sure airtel will take any action on this.
