Airtel – Incorrect Billing discontinuation services

Airtel is charging me extra charges for Installation charges Rs 1000 and Late fee charges Rs 100 per month from last 2 months which I already paid to Airtel Representative by cash while I bought the connection Now from last 2 months Airtel customer care is calling me to pay for the same and discontinuing my services on daily basis A lot of this has been explained to the customer care representatives and the higher management team of Airtel but there has been no serious action or steps taken against this issue

Uninterrupted services for next 2 years on my personal mobile no. as well as on my Airtel broadband connection for free
