This is to bring to your information that I started to have issues with my 4G Connection for number 990299xxx from 6.4.2014. The same was resolved on 23rd or 24th April (13.4.2014 and 18.4.2014 complaints were raised for the same ) and then again it stopped to work after 3-4 days. Complaint was raised again on 5.5.2014 and 7the May they said it was sim card issue and I have to get it replaced. If they take a month to get to the core problem and then tell me to change the sim, I’m unnecessarily paying rent. I’ve been told to change the sim at airtel outlets, which is about 12-15 Kms one way from my residence. At the time of installation, router and sim were given at my residence and when there is a problem, I need to travel 25-30 Kms to get it rectified Meanwhile I had someone from airtel calling and assuring waiver of the bill as I had requested for a closure of my connection during my complaints given in April but nothing happened and a bill was generated. Mr.Harish called on behalf of Airtel and has assured giving a home delivery of working Sim and Waiver of my Bill. Then one Mr.Joseph (9900090xxx) assured waiver n sending a sim to my residence. My subsequent calls to him goes unanswered.
