Airtel Mobile Network Issues – No Action

From Last 3 months I am facing lots of problem in my mobile Network. And i have registerd my complaints several time with there customer care but they are not taking any action. I had aslo send a mail at 121@in.airtel.in but I have not received ant satisfactory answer from them. The conversation of mail is attached here with.

I have take a data plan of 6GB and I am unable to consume even 2 G.B of it and in the month of July-AUG’14 I have consumed just 185 MB because of slow network and unavailability of network at my residence and offive specificaly. I have also lost many business because my clients un able to reach me on time.
