My mobile network is not working My number – 9884241xxx F1536920679 – 10 Jul with Deepan F1536920679 – 09 Jul with Prem 56958615 – 02 Jul with Silambarasan The above mentioned complaint numbers are raised for network issue but the problem has not been resolved. I have never faced such kind of problem anymore with any of the network operators. I was asked to change the sim card and I have done the same by visited airtel showroom. But still my network is not working. This is not a problem from my end. So I asked airtel to resolve my problem from their end. Instead I was forced to visit ur showroom again to change the sim. I’m not ready to visit ur showroom, as it is not an error from my end. If there is a need to change the sim card, I asked airtel tp send a representative to provide me a new (working)sim card to my residential address. Or let me know the procedure to change the network without sending portability msg. Because I’m not able to send msg as my network is not working. Today (21 Jul) I went to Airtel Relationship Center, Kodambakkam. They checked my sim card and said, it might be damaged. So, change your sim card. I submitted my identity proof and photo and asked for a new sim card. But they have not provided the new sim card. Instead, I got the below response from customer service executive. “Right now we don’t have any sim card in stock. You can come tomorrow and get a new sim card”. I refused because already I have wasted 2 days by visiting ur showroom because of mistake from your end and asked for the resolution immediately. None of your officer gave me a proper response. I started raising my voice. They tried to send me out with irresponsible answers. I asked them, why the defective sim card was provided to me. Did the quality check was passed for that card. They replied, you can go and check with the manufacturer.
