Sir, on 15th September I did a recharge of rupees 400 on this airtel mobile no 9937XX8550. The recharge was successful and the amount was also deducted from my account but till now i have not got my money in my phone or in my Paytm cash. Several times i sent mail requesting to refund my money but there was no response from your side. I have attached the transaction receipt also. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I want my money back as soon as possible or credit of the money in my Airtel Pre-Paid Account.
