All details of my complaint is in attached supporting document. There has been absolutely no response from the service provider. 1. Connection never reliable 2. No support almost, calls are cut. 3. No response for disconnection request.
Stress and business has suffered, most of the times my video calls have been interrupted. Hence for this purpose, I have kept Airtel broadband connection as an alternative line.
Disconnection immediately and full refund from 27 Aug 2014 ever since the complaint was lodged by email.
