I have ordered 4 books in amazon on 10th of October. I received a message from amazon on 13th that out of 4 books 2 books dispatched could not be delivered as addressee was not available. No one came home or no one called me. I dont understand How did you decide that addressee was not available. I received message on 15th again that package was routed to a wrong courier facility delivery may be delayed. Can you please let me know whats going on?? Why this Laid back attitude towards customers willing to experience new way of Shopping experience ?
