This is in reference of changing of original membrane during installation of new Aqua sure RO system (eloquent RO of Aquaguard) at B-30, 1st floor, Gali no.2, Jagatpuri, Delhi-51 on 16.11.2014. In this regard, it is stated that I have purchased a RO system (eloquent RO of aquaguard) on 11.11.14 and called your customer care centre for necessary action. During the installation, the representative of Aquaguard (Mr. Amit) changed the original membrane saying that this membrane will not be useful and he replaced with loose membrane kept with him without my consent. I have also written the remarks on installation certificate while submitting to Mr. Amit, a representative of M/s Aquaguard. Since, I am a new customer, I didn’t oppose him as I thought that such type of wrong deeds couldn’t be repeated with me. I tried to talk with your customer care executive on several occasions regarding my queries. They are not bothering to give proper response and feedback whatever I want. I am compelled to use this portal for justice and hence writing the complaint which are given as under- i) Has M/s Aquaguard authorized his representative to change original membrane without the consent of the consumer? Will M/s Aquaguard provide warranty of such membrane (without receipt/certificate) installed by his authorized representative? Will they not deny that such act was not performed by their authorized representative during 1st installation? This is quite objectionable, and hence written reply is expected from this world class company. ii) Mr. Amit(representative) did not check the purity of water after installation of RO system saying that it will take 45 minutes to work and he is hurry now. Competent authority of M/s Aquaguard is requested to take corrective action and forward written reply to the undersigned. Regards,
i)Installed membrane(by your representative) must be replaced by your brand new one(sealed)issued under receipt of authorized dealer/distributor. ii) Water purification check must be done in my presence after installation of new membrane.
