Dear Sir, I have purchased “AQUAFRESH R.O.+U.V.+TDS” having model-“Aqua pearl New RO” from shop: “Shop No 179,Ist Floor, Vardhman Plus City Mall, Sector-23,Dwarka,New Delhi” wide Invoice Number “16104” dated 17-06-2014 (date has been intentionally changed to 17-04-2014, in order to decrease the AMC months) with Customer Name as : “Mrs. Sudha Panchal” with address “A-305, Ramakrishna Apartment, Plot 12, Sector-23,Dwarka ND-110077”. The device from the date of installation is not working properly and the output water TDS varies between 300-400 which is way beyond the limit for the water to be potable. I and other family members have faced regular stomach aches from the day it has been installed.The vendor when asked to replace the device has been very abusive and sounds like some kind of goon.
