For your kind information that I have used Asian paints for coloring of walls. The color of paints fades up after 2 months. I have raised the complaints to dealer (M/S.Chandra paints and hardware, Haridwar road, near IDPL, Rishikesh) and Asian paints customer care. After my complain Asian paints representative (Mr.Vishwajit) visited my home and he investigated everything and told me that the dealer used different color rather than Asian paints. He informed to dealer also on telephone and that time dealer accepted their mistake. He said this is the mistake of dealer; so we cannot help regarding the same. I approach the dealer for the same he said you contact to Asian paints. In this situation I am hopeless. I have copy of mails and letters which sended to asian paints.

I have lost about Rs.5000 and my harassment,because I have called/email to Asian paints customer care many time and visite ti Dealers too.
