Bajaj Finance – Loan Activation mistake done by bank charges debit my a/c

Sir, Loan Account No: 4240CD00112300 My Address : Vikas Gautam Address: # 117, Second Floor, GH-1, MDC, Sector -5, Panchkula, Haryana -134109 I took a loan From Bajaj Finance in April 2013 to purchase An Air Conditioner. I paid Rs. 10,436.00 as the advance installment for four months. The total loan amount was Rs. 31308.00 the rest of the amount Rs. 20872.00 was to be paid in 8 EMI’s of Rs. 2609.00 each for a period of 8 months. First EMI Date was June and Last EMI date was January 2014. At the time when I took the loan I signed all the documents they asked me to sign, I gave them all the necessary details and documents so that they can contact my bank to get the ECS process setup. I signed all their documents to authorize them so that they can take EMI’s from my State Bank of Patiala Account automatically. At the same time I was informed that if I pay Rs. 300 Extra along with this application I will receive an EMI Card after 3 months which I can use in future to purchase consumer Durable items. I agreed for the same and paid Rs. 300 extra. I came back home with an AC as a normal Customer but here is when the problem started. On 3rd June 2013 I deposited Rs. 3000 in the account for the EMI to be cleared. However it did not clear automatically. I got a call from their collection agent for the payment he said he wants to collect the EMI along with the Bouncing Charges and Late Fees. I told him that I had sufficient funds in my account but your system did not work well to take the money automatically so I disagreed to pay the Bouncing Charges and late fees Charges, he asked me to show him the Statement of my bank account, which I showed him and he agreed that it was not my fault and I was given a waiver of the Bouncing Charges and Late fees. I gave him Rs. 2609.00 and got the receipt of the same. He told me to deposit the money at least a day before 3rd of every month. I understood the same and agreed to do so. I checked with State Bank of Patiala and after checking they said that everything ok at their end and this is an issue with Bajaj Finance. On 1st of July 2013 I again deposited Rs. 3000 in my State Bank of Patiala Account but it also did not go through and I called their customer care to report the problem but the IVR system told me that I don’t have the option to talk to Customer Care agent and I can’t report any problem. Again their collection agent called me and I gave him the payment showed him the statement so that I can get a waiver for the bouncing charges and Late fees. He checked everything and gave me the waiver again. I understood that there is some issue in the backend system of State Bank of Patiala or Bajaj Finance due to which I am facing this issue, I tried to report it by calling them several times but I did not succeed as there was no option on their IVR to report such problems. By now I also understood that they are getting the payment on time and they are not doing anything to resolve my p

As it is not My fault I request that as State bank of Patiala has accepted their fault and reversed the charges they charged me and also deleted all the backlogs for the continuation of the relation I had with them, In the same way I want Bajaj Finance should also understand that it was not my fault and they should delete all the negative records they have against me so that I can apply for a new loan account. I understand that the Bank has the right to deny loan to any customer but as a customer I also have the right to know the decline reason. They should have a valid reason for the same. I don’t agree to their reason on decline which is that I am a defaulter in clearing the previous loan. I want them to recreate my Loan Account so that I can have the same relation which I wanted to have since the start.
