Baleno Car Delivery – Waiting period Extended

Hello, I have booked Maruti Baleno Zeta (Petrol) version on 20th Feb which was communicated to be delivered in 20 to 22 weeks. The on-road price on this product was 7.35 lacs on 20th Feb. The company & dealer had provided different reasons for delayed the car delivery which are listed as below: 1) Workers Strike at Maruti’s manesar plant, 2) Fire occurred at supplier (Guess company name Subros) to Maruti. 3) No email sent by dealer although the car was already allotted to me around 1.5 months back (Dealer name: Nexa Vimanager, Pune owned by Kothari wheels) Due to above reasons beyond my controls, I have been asked to pay additional price rise of Rs 10000 done by Maruti effectively from 1 Aug. When I asked them to provide reason for delay, they told me that my relationship manager has left the firm which caused the communication gap and they haven’t been able to inform me on the allotment. Need your kind help to resolve this issue and stop dealer and company to charge additional price rise which I have to pay on account of reasons arisen on account of their action. I have mail communications exchanged between dealer and me. Let me know if you need the same for your investigation.
