For My BSNL mobile no 9446637906, Yesterday I did a top-up card for Rs 50 pressed into service and was ok.

Balance at that time was Rs.6.44, on recharge the balance remains as Rs 6.44,The value of recharge coupon not credited.

Though the matter reported to 1503 no action taken so far from BSNL office in Kerala. Kindly Give me back the Credit ASAP.
