Sir, Since last 7-10 days, I am not receiving most of the messages on my BSNL prepaid mobile number 9496368337. I could receive the messages send by TD-AIRNWS (all India radio news service) and those send from some of the BSNL numbers, but I am not getting messages from IRCTC, SBT, 53733(this is the BSNL number which can be used for activating STVs and data packs), 1909(TRAI), 1900( Mobile number portability system), Facebook etc. I tried to stop the DND service – even TRAI won’t bar those inforamtive messages- by sending STOP 0 to 1909, but I failed to get the reply. Even I tried to port my mobile number to another using mobile number portability that also resulted in vain. Due to this problem I am not able to use internet banking facility as I am activated an high security OTP for every transaction and the OTP should be received from SBT on to my registered number 9496368337 everytime. As a security measure I have activated facebook login notifications,but couldn’t receive those messages. Even I am not able to receive recharge confirmations, railway tickets (as SMS from IRCTC) booked over online.
