Transfer of telephone connection : In the current era of telecommunication and technology, It takes 2 years and 3 months as on date for BSNL to transfer the telephone connection from the old residence to the new residence. Am really not sure, why BSNL employees are advertising to take private land line connections or CDMA connections. I have very old parents and I personal a neuro patient need a help of telecommunication for emergency. Can You please help me understand the reason for the delay for transfer. And if in case, am not getting an answer and the transfer initiated immediately will have to deal this legally. This is a courtesy information for you to be informed of my next actions. Thank you lets move this based on the legal directions from the court, if you are not able to get this done for the last 2 years and 3 months. Thank you.
