I registered in BSNL website and tried to pay my BSNL-WLL bill. I attempted twice and my money got deducted once, and the transaction showed failure. I never got my money back to my card, Please arrange for money back. My transaction ID’s are. TXCD1605201471044 TXCD1605201471010 There is no customer care for BSNL-WLL. I tried to call the below numbers which they have mentioned in their website, but no use, the number is not in use now. WLL Call Center *Number ‘1502’ Number ‘ 1800-180-1502’ My experience with BSNL is very worst. WLL Number : 020 20261xxx

refund my money back asap or give me the payment paid receipt
