Our Land Line number 08242295711 along with 2 other land line numbers 0824229xxxx and 0824229xxx. Ignatius Mendonca and William Serrao out of order due to stolen over head cable from Nov 2013. We already informed to the JE of Kinnigoli exchange , GM of Manglore Telecom and CGM of Banglore. On 18/05/2014 my complaint was closed , mentioning that the estimation cost is high . we already installed BSNL WLL and that is not working due to poor signal. As we don’t have any active mobile networks in this area we are unable to communicate through mobile phones.In case of emergency we don’t have any means of communication to contact police, doctor, ambulance or any of the authorities due to the cancellation of our land line number.we subscribed the 08242295xxxx land line connection in 2001 and there is no any pending monthly bill from our side. I am working in UAE and i dont have any means of communication to communicate with my parents, who are the senior citizens. I am totally disappointed by the response of BSNL. Safeguard of the BSNL asset is the responsibility of Govt and not the subscribers. So i kindly request the Telecom authorities to investigate the issue and re activate the land line.
