emi no 911251050486965 Name Ashwani Kumar Sharma battery of my mobile swollen I ordered for it some 30 days back they send the centre wrong product After that on 5th of june I gave order for battery since that time today is 25th they have not even dispatched the product.I called their call centre does not pick the call if they pick they don’t have the answer.This kind of bad service they are giving to customers.If they have product in stock why are they not dispatching it. My mobile is under warranty I am waiting for battery for last 30 days my mobile is of no use I want the extended warranty of product for that period and send me the battery as soon as possible.The battery cost is around rs 380 which I conformed from karbonn call centre so why their service centre Ujjwal telecom is charging Rs 799 for that. They are cheating people and not giving them service.Please resolve problem as soon as possible

I want to battery in three or four days at a nominal cost or no cost
