I had Personal Loan with CITI Financials bearing account number 16130188 and I had defaulted couple of payments but not continues and max due was 3 EMI at any point of Time but in Last December-2012 I Closed the Loan account and after that I took CIBIL details and I was shocked to see they were showing my DPD as 361 days which was wrong since I Keep Paying the EMI with out missing single Month from past 1 Years yet they have reported wrongly and I had sent mail to Customer care on 29/01/2013 and yet they are not able to solve when I called they to enquirer they said they have forwaeded my request to concerned department and it takes another 2 weeks,but its been almost 2 months now yet I am about to recive the update on my Query

I am not able to Apply any new loan because of 361 Days remark none of the Loan Provider is ready to offer loan

I want them to update my CIBIL status at the earliest and inform me about the update.
