Order Number – OD301056437320612500 I had ordered “Beats by Dr.Dre Solo HD wired Headphones” vide order no. “OD301056437320612500” dated 22/Oct/2014 from Flipkart and opted for cash on delivery, my order was delivered on 31/Oct/2014 and after paying the amount of Rs 3,210/- the courier was handed over to me. But to my utter surprise after opening the courier within five minutes of delivery, I found that the Headphone was duplicate, I have registered complaint on flipkart customer care number. This is to bring to your kind attention that your product quality has deteriorated and is not up to the mark. I will definitely not suggest your products among st my group. Kindly look into the quality of your products.Its flipkart responsibility to make sure that the product should be original otherwise we loss trust from flipkart. Now I want from flipkart to replace my duplicate product with the original one & compensation. When I paid full amount then why should I get this problem?
