I placed an order worth rs. 1398 at voxpop. They dispatched my order via Fedex on 20/10/2014. It was supposed to be delivered by 23/24 of the same month. However, it is 06/11/2014 and I’m yet to receive my consignment. I called them two days back and all they say his “you need to have patience”.
I’m waiting for my consignment. The products are supposed to be used for a festival that is due in a week.
Rs. 4200000 for wasting my time, energy and causing me anxiety. The operators need to learn how to address customer grievances.
